Cancellation Policy

SogilityGO subscriptions are managed entirely through the App Store or Google Play. Because Apple and Google process all payments and renewals, subscription cancellations cannot be performed inside the SogilityGO App. This guide explains how cancellation works and the steps to cancel through your device settings.

No In App Cancellation:

• The SogilityGO App does not include a cancellation button or option.
• All cancellations must be handled through the App Store or Google Play.

Canceling on iPhone:

1. Open Settings
2. Tap your Apple ID
3. Select Subscriptions
4. Find SogilityGO
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Canceling your plan stops future charges. Your access remains active until the current billing period ends.

Canceling on Android:

1. Open Google Play
2. Tap your Profile
3. Select Payments and Subscriptions
4. Tap Subscriptions
5. Choose SogilityGO
6. Tap Cancel Subscription

Once canceled, Google Play will not renew the subscription at the next billing cycle.

Important Notes:

• Refunds are not available for SogilityGO subscriptions
• Canceling does not remove access immediately. You retain access until the paid period ends
• If you reinstall the App or switch devices, your subscription remains active until canceled through Apple or Google
• If you used a promo code with a free period, the plan will not auto renew. No cancellation is required

• Can SogilityGO cancel the subscription for me
  • No. Only Apple or Google can cancel since they process the payment
• Can I get a refund after canceling
  • Refunds must be requested through Apple or Google. SogilityGO cannot issue refunds
• If I cancel, will my data be saved
  • Yes. Your player profiles and training history remain tied to your SogilityGO account
