Common Issues (Connectivity, App Login, Drift, Sensors)
If you experience problems connecting lights, logging into the app, syncing multiple devices, or noticing sensor drift, this guide walks you through the most common issues and the steps to resolve them quickly.
Connectivity Issues:
Lights not pairing
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
- Stay within ten feet of your lights during setup
- Restart the SogilityGO App
- Turn your phone’s Bluetooth off and back on
- Restart your phone
- Reset a light by pressing and holding the power button for about three seconds
If no lights are detected, open Set Up Lights for step by step troubleshooting
Bluetooth turned off
If Bluetooth is off, the app will prompt you to enable it:- Tap Allow when the phone requests permission
If the prompt does not appear, go to Settings and turn on Bluetooth manually
Bluetooth not allowed
If you previously denied Bluetooth permissions
- Go to your phone’s Settings
- Open the SogilityGO App settings
- Enable Bluetooth Access
- Restart the app
Lights connecting to the wrong phone
Lights can only be connected to one phone at a time
- Turn off Bluetooth on any other nearby device
- Close the SogilityGO App on other phones
- Reconnect using the primary device
Syncing with several lights
If only some lights appear:
- Make sure all lights are fully charged
- Power cycle each light
- If an Android device is used, reduce the master limitation settings if needed
- Clear your Bluetooth cache (Android only)
- Restart the app and search again
App Login Issues:
Unable to log in
- Check your internet connection
- Confirm your email and password are correct
- Tap Forgot Password to reset
- If using social login, ensure the same email is used
- Restart the app and try again
Session data not syncing
- Make sure you are logged in
- Check that you have internet access
- Try syncing by reopening the app
If the issue continues, log out and log back in.
Drift or Sensor Inaccuracy:
Impact Light does not register touches accurately.
- Open a drill
- Go to Additional Settings
- Adjust Hit Sensitivity through one of twelve levels
- Select a floor type that matches your training surface
- Test the light after each adjustment
Motion Light behaving inconsistently:
- Make sure the light is facing the correct direction
- Ensure there is no direct sunlight or reflective interference
- Restart the light and reconnect through Set Up Lights
Lights showing the wrong icon state:
If icons appear incorrect or frozen.
- Close and reopen the app
- Refresh the light list in Set Up Lights
- Disconnect and reconnect the lights
- Restart your phone if needed
General Troubleshooting Steps:
- Restart your phone
- Reset the lights
- Update to the latest SogilityGO App version
- Reinstall the app if problems persist
- Ensure lights have enough battery
- Check for physical obstructions or other Bluetooth devices nearby

- Connect all lights
- Open More
- Tap Diagnostics
- Tap Send
