Keep the SogilityGO app current and use the setup guidance for your Impact Lights.

Device compatibility

SogilityGO is available for iOS and Android. Check the current App Store or Google Play listing for supported devices and operating-system requirements. Enable Bluetooth access so the app can pair with your Impact Lights.

Download on the App Store or get it on Google Play.

Update the app

1. Open the App Store or Google Play.
2. Search for SogilityGO.
3. Tap Update if an update is available.
4. Open the app and follow any on-screen instructions.

Pair your Impact Light

1. Sign in to the correct player profile in the SogilityGO app.
2. Open Set Up Your Lights, then tap Pair a Light.
3. Hold your hand over the Impact Light power button until it activates and vibrates twice.
4. When the light blinks yellow, tap it once and wait for the app to confirm that pairing is complete.

Light firmware and device updates

For help with Impact Light firmware or device-specific updates, contact support@sogilitygo.com. Include your phone model, app version, and a description of the issue. Follow instructions provided for your device; do not interrupt an update once it has started.

If you have connection problems

• Check that Bluetooth access is enabled for SogilityGO.
• Charge the Impact Light and keep it near your phone while pairing.
• Make sure another phone is not connected to the same light.
• Close and reopen the app, then try pairing again.
