SogilityGO is designed to protect your personal information and keep your data secure. This guide explains what data is collected, how it is used, and how your privacy is safeguarded across the App and connected devices.

What Data SogilityGO Collects:

To deliver personalized training and track your progress, SogilityGO collects limited information:

  • Account data
    • Name
    • Email
    • Password (encrypted and never visible to SogilityGO)
  • Training data
    • Assessment results
    • Drill history
    • Performance metrics
    • Player profiles
  • Device and technical data
    • App version
    • Device type
    • Crash reports
    • Connection status with Lights

How Your Data Is Used:

  • Provide personalized training plans
  • Store and display your stats
  • Improve App performance
  • Detect and resolve technical issues
  • Secure your account and login access

SogilityGO does not:

  • Sell your data
  • Share your personal information with third party advertisers
  • Track activity outside the App

Data Security:

  • Your account password is encrypted
  • Training data is stored securely on protected servers
  • All communication between the App and your Lights uses secure Bluetooth protocols
  • Only you can access your profile unless you choose to share your device with others

Deleting Your Data:

  • If you want to delete your SogilityGO account and all associated data
  • Contact support@sogilitygo.com
  • Include the email associated with your account
  • Once deleted, your stats and training history cannot be recovered

Data Sharing:

  • Your data may be shared only when necessary to
  • Comply with legal requirements
  • Provide technical support
  • Improve system functionality with trusted service providers

Children’s Privacy:

  • SogilityGO can be used by younger athletes under parent supervision.
  • Parents or guardians should create and manage profiles for minors.

    • Request account deletion at any time

Cross Platform Data Sync:

  • Your subscription and account data follow you across platforms.
