Website and store data

App accounts and children under 13

The Terms of Service state that children under 13 should not use SogilityGO independently. A parent or legal guardian must create or authorize the account and provide any required consent.

Parents or legal guardians may request to review a child’s information, request deletion, or withdraw consent. Contact support@sogilitygo.com or use the mailing address in the Terms of Service. Withdrawing consent may affect access to certain features or the service.

Privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or opt out of certain uses. For website and store privacy requests, use the contact details and request options in the Privacy Policy. For app account or child-consent questions, contact support@sogilitygo.com.

Do not send passwords or payment card details. Identity verification may be needed before a request can be processed.
