First Time Use: Baseline Test and Account Setup

When you open the SogilityGO App for the first time, you will complete two quick steps to begin your training journey: creating your account and completing your Baseline Test. This article walks you through the full onboarding experience so you can start training with confidence.

Create Your SogilityGO Account:

1. Open the SogilityGO App
2. Tap Create Account
3. Enter your name, email, and password
4. Follow the on screen prompts to verify your information
5. Log in once your account is created

Signup errors:

If something is missing or entered incorrectly, the app will highlight the field and explain the required fix. Common issues include:

• Invalid email format
• Weak or short password
• Missing required fields

If you are logged out unexpectedly:

The app may force a logout for security reasons or after certain updates. Simply log back in with your existing credentials.

Start the Baseline Test (Assessment):

The Baseline Test is the first activity you complete inside SogilityGO and is required for unlocking your personalized training recommendations.

Before you begin

• Make sure your SogilityGO Lights are charged and connected
• Ensure you have enough space to move safely
• Read the instructions that appear before the test begins
• The instructions explain how hits, misses, and movement will be evaluated

How the Baseline Test (Assessment) works:

The Baseline Test measures your reaction time, decision speed, touch quality, and movement patterns using randomized cues from your SogilityGO Lights.

During the test you will:

• Respond to lights turning on
• Strike or move toward target cues
• Follow directional prompts
• Complete a short series of light based tasks

Feedback during the test:

• Hit feedback
  • The light will confirm your hit
  • The app will show a successful response
• Miss feedback
  • If you miss a cue, the app will show a miss indicator
  • This helps you adjust your timing and technique on the next cue

Finishing the test:

• Once complete, you will see:
  • Your performance summary
  • Reaction and accuracy scores
  • Movement and timing results

Your results will be stored in the Stats section for future comparison.

Troubleshooting:

If your lights are not responding:

• Restart the app
• Reconnect your lights inside Set Up Lights
• Ensure Bluetooth is turned on
• Charge your lights fully

If the test will not start:

• Check your internet connection
• Make sure your account is fully set up
• Restart your phone and try again
