Include the following when you contact us:
- Your name
- Email used for your SogilityGO account
- Order number, if your question involves a purchase
- A short description of your issue
- Photos or videos that clearly show the problem (when applicable)
Response time
Most support requests receive a reply within one to two business days.
Requests involving diagnostics or hardware review may take additional time.
Submitting Diagnostics (recommended for tech issues)
If you are experiencing app or light related issues, sending diagnostics helps us identify the problem quickly.
- Connect all lights to your phone
- Open the More menu
- Tap Diagnostics
- Tap Send
