Navigating the Dashboard

The SogilityGO Dashboard is your home base for training. Every tool, activity, and feature you need is organized into clear sections so you can move through your training journey with confidence. This guide explains each area of the dashboard and what you can do inside it.

Explore:

The Explore section highlights activities, assessments, and featured content available in your SogilityGO Membership.

Inside Explore you can:

  • View short activity previews
  • Open guided exercises
  • Access learning content connected to your training
  • Discover new drills released by SogilityGO

When you tap an activity, you will be taken directly into the dedicated training page for that exercise.

Training:

Training is where your core sessions begin.

In this section you can:

  • Start skill based drills such as First Touch, Passing, Agility, Dribbling, and Vision
  • Access Assessments when enabled in your membership
  • View any required steps before starting a drill
  • Track progress through repeated sessions

Your training cards will update as you complete drills, assessments, and activity milestones.

Coach Plan:

Coach Plan is your personalized training space.

For Coach Membership users, this section provides:

  • A guided virtual coach plan
  • Daily and weekly training schedules
  • Recommendations based on your skill profile
  • Progression that adapts to how you perform

For Free Membership users, Coach Plan will show an upgrade option and an overview of what is included in the Coach tier.

Stats:

Stats shows your performance history and personal progress over time.

Here you can:

  • See completed drills and activities
  • Track improvements in speed, accuracy, reaction, and consistency
  • Review historical stats for each drill
  • View activity duration, scoring trends, and overall effort

Your Stats page grows as you continue training, allowing you to compare past sessions and monitor development.

Shop:

Shop gives you direct access to SogilityGO equipment and accessories.

Inside Shop you can:

  • Purchase additional lights
  • Explore upgrades and training tools
  • View product descriptions and compatible items

Tapping any product opens the product page in the SogilityGO store.

Set Up Lights:

Set Up Lights helps you connect and manage your SogilityGO Impact and Motion Lights.

This section allows you to:

  • Search for available lights
  • Connect lights to your app
  • Identify which lights are paired
  • Resolve connection issues
  • Review setup instructions if lights are not found

If no lights are detected, the app will prompt you with setup steps.
