SogilityGO ships products within the United States and internationally. This guide explains shipping timelines, tracking, delivery expectations, and import responsibilities so you know what to expect once your order is placed.

Shipping and Delivery:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday
  • Processing time is typically one to two business days
  • Delivery time is usually seven to ten business days depending on location
  • Express shipping options may be available at checkout
  • Orders may ship from regional warehouses based on availability
  • Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments with separate tracking links

Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships
  • Tracking may take up to two business days to update depending on the carrier

Taxes and Duties:

For US customers

  • Sales tax may be applied at checkout depending on state regulations

For international customers

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply
