How to upgrade

  1. Open the SogilityGO app and sign in.
  2. Go to Explore or your Training Plan and tap Upgrade.
  3. Choose the monthly or yearly Coach plan and complete your purchase through the App Store or Google Play.

Billing and payment details

In-app subscription purchases are handled through the App Store or Google Play. Manage the payment method and subscription through the store used for your purchase. Do not send payment card details to SogilityGO.

Restore a purchase

  1. Open the SogilityGO app.
  2. Go to Settings or Account and tap Restore Purchase.
  3. If access does not return, confirm you are signed in to the Apple or Google account used for the purchase.

Manage or cancel your subscription

iPhone: Open Settings, select your Apple ID, then Subscriptions and SogilityGO.

Android: Open Google Play, select your Profile, then Payments and Subscriptions, Subscriptions, and SogilityGO.
