Subscription & In‑app Purchases
SogilityGO offers two subscription plans that unlock different levels of training, coaching features, and access to activities. This guide explains each plan, pricing, promo codes, cross platform entitlement, and how subscriptions are managed inside the App Store or Google Play.
Subscription Plans:
SogilityGO (Free)
The Free plan gives you access to essential training tools and allows you to begin improving your skills right away.
Includes:
- Access to 15 videos
- No audio or training tips
- One complete assessment
- One day in the training plan
- One player profile
- Unlimited create your own activities
SogilityGO Coach (Paid)
The Coach plan unlocks the full SogilityGO training system with personalized coaching and advanced features.
Includes:
- Full access to all training videos with audio and tips
- All assessments
- Full training plan
- Unlimited player profiles
- Unlimited create your own activities
- Monthly 4.99
- Yearly 49.99
Cross Platform Entitlement:
Your subscription is honored across all devices and platforms where you use the App. When you upgrade to Coach on one platform, your subscription remains active on any other supported platform without duplicate charges.
How to Subscribe:
- Open the SogilityGO App
- Go to Explore or your Training Plan
- Tap Upgrade
- Select monthly or yearly Coach plan
- Complete the purchase through the App Store or Google Play
In App Purchases and Billing:
All payments are handled through Apple or Google. SogilityGO does not store or process credit card information. Any billing updates must be made in the user’s App Store or Google Play account settings.
Restore Purchases:
If your subscription does not sync:- Open the SogilityGO App
- Go to Settings or Account
- Tap Restore Purchase
If issues persist, confirm you are logged into the same Apple or Google account used during purchase.
Managing Your Subscription:
iPhone
- Open Settings
- Select your Apple ID
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select SogilityGO to update or cancel
Android
- Open Google Play
- Open your Profile
- Tap Payments and Subscriptions
- Select SogilityGO to manage your plan
