How the Coach plan works

1. Complete five assessment drills covering First Touch, Passing, Dribbling, Vision, and Agility.
2. The Virtual Coach uses assessment results and selected goals to build a 10-day plan with three activities per training day.
3. Follow the activity demonstrations and instructions. Completed sessions and earned XP make consistency visible.
4. After the plan, repeat the five-part assessment. The next plan reflects the updated player profile and skill scores.

How to upgrade

1. Open the SogilityGO app and sign in.
2. Go to Explore or your Training Plan and tap Upgrade.
3. Choose the monthly or yearly Coach plan and complete your purchase through the App Store or Google Play.
