Updating Payment Details

All subscription payments for SogilityGO are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Because Apple and Google process the payments directly, any updates to your card, billing address, or payment method must be made through your device settings. This guide explains how to update your payment details on both iPhone and Android.

Updating Payment Details on iPhone:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
  3. Select Payment and Shipping
  4. Sign in if prompted
  5. Add a new payment method or update an existing one
  6. Remove any expired or inactive cards
  7. Save your changes

Once updated, Apple will use the new payment method for your SogilityGO subscription at the next renewal.

Updating Payment Details on Android:

  1. Open Google Play
  2. Tap your Profile icon
  3. Select Payments and Subscriptions
  4. Tap Payment Methods
  5. Add a new card or edit your existing method
  6. Remove old or expired cards
  7. Save your changes

Google Play will automatically apply the updated billing method to your SogilityGO subscription during the next billing cycle.

If Your Payment Fails:

If your payment is declined

  • Update your payment method through Apple or Google
  • Check that your card is active
  • Confirm available funds
  • Retry the purchase or wait for the system to retry automatically

If your subscription becomes inactive

  • Restore your purchase inside the SogilityGO App
  • Go to Account or Settings
  • Tap Restore Purchase

Why SogilityGO Cannot Update Your Payment Info

SogilityGO does not store credit card information. All billing, renewals, and charges are fully controlled by Apple and Google to protect user privacy and payment security.
