Warranty & Returns Policy
At SogilityGO, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. If your product develops a defect beyond the return period, you may be eligible for warranty service as outlined below.
Warranty coverage:
We offer a warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for a period 1 year for customers in the United States and other markets.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers defects that were present at the time of delivery.
If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, SogilityGO will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts
- Replace the product with a new or equivalent model
- Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible
Battery warranty
Products with built in batteries are covered under the same terms for defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of delivery.
Please Note:
Normal battery capacity loss or performance degradation over time due to regular use is not considered a defect and is not covered by the warranty.
What is not covered:
This warranty does not apply to:
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or scuffs
- Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, or water
- Third party modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Software compatibility with third party platforms
- Consumable items such as straps or cones, unless they are defective at delivery
- Lost or stolen items
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers
How to submit a warranty claim:
To request warranty service, email support@sogilitygo.com and include:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos clearly showing the problem
Our team will review your claim and respond within a few business days with next steps.
If the issue is covered:
- SogilityGO will cover return shipping and any repair or replacement costs.
If the issue is not covered:
- You may be responsible for shipping and repair charges.
