Warranty & Returns Policy

14-day returns

Request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Returned products must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email info@sogilitygo.com. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept exchanges or charge a restocking fee.

Refund timing

After your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact info@sogilitygo.com.

1-year limited warranty

All SogilityGO products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover misuse, improper setup, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
